One address, read by the person who runs the site: itswowguides@gmail.com. There is no form and no ticket number — write in whatever language you are comfortable in, and expect an answer within a few days. Anything about your own data is answered within 30 days, which is the deadline the law sets.

What to write about

• A mistake in a guide or a numberThe best kind of message. Every figure here is read out of the game's own data, so a wrong one usually means the derivation is wrong rather than the typing — which makes it worth fixing properly and worth telling us about.
• Your dataA copy of what is held about your account, a correction, or deletion. Deleting your account from your profile already removes it, so write only if you want something that button does not do, or cannot sign in to use it.
• Something a reader publishedGuides here are written by readers and reviewed before they go up, but review is not infallible. If one copies your work, names you, or is simply wrong in a way that matters, say which guide and what the problem is, and it comes down while it is looked at.
• Rights in game contentThis is a fan site about World of Warcraft. Game names, icons and map art belong to Blizzard Entertainment, and this site is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. If something here should not be, write and it will be removed — no argument required.

Where else the site is

The Discord bot has a server behind it, which is the quicker place for a question about a guide rather than about the site. For how anything here is derived, how this site is built answers most of it before you have to ask.

There is a Trustpilot profile too, and it is empty — nobody has written anything on it yet. If something here saved you an evening, that is the place to say so, and the place to say the opposite just as publicly. Nothing is offered in exchange for one.
