Acquire the Silk Bandage recipe from your trainer.

Past 150 - Expert First Aid

Obtain the Expert First Aid - Under Wraps book, sold by Deneb Walker (Alliance) in Arathi Highlands and Balai Lok'Wein (Horde) in Dustwallow Marsh. These vendors also sell bandage recipes, so buy all three books. Alternatively, purchase them from the Auction House.

Use the Heavy Silk Bandage manual to learn and create Heavy Silk Bandages (180-210) using 100 x Silk Cloth.

Utilize the Mageweave Bandage manual to learn and make Mageweave Bandages (210-225) using 30 x Mageweave Cloth.

Artisan First Aid

Train Classic First Aid above 225 by completing the Triage quests (you can pick Horde Trauma / Alliance Trauma quests in Orgrimmar and Ironforge).
