What Oglethorpe Obnoticus teaches

A specialisation, not a rank. Going here to raise your engineering skill is a wasted flight — this is where you choose a branch once you already have the skill for it.

Every engineering trainer, both factions — or the engineering levelling guide, which places each trainer visit at the step where you cross its gate.
